Imagination in conversations: This book explores a mental phenomenon from a conversation analytic perspective. It analyses sequences from interactions in which the speakers assume the roles of characters, animate what they say and put themselves in an imagined scene. Imagination is understood as conversational activity and mental phenomenon to establish a shared cognition.
